"My husband and I were fortunate to meet the young man who advocated to begin this program. I just wanted to take the time to give a shout out to all the volunteers involved. What they are doing is amazing. I especially wanted to give kudos to the young man who began this program. Education (esp. literacy) is a passion tightly woven into our family values and to see someone so young step up and advocate for a program like this just makes me so happy, as an educator and a mother. My husband and I were just so impressed with his initiative, integrity and leadership. We both hope this program continues, long into the future, and we know that young man is headed for amazing things.
